Cage-in-a-Tank

Posted on 02 October 2007 by admin

For those who just like to stand out from the crowd, this “Cage-in-a-Tank” should do the trick. Watch as your guests stare in disbelief or amazement.

If we keep fish as pets, why can’t fish keep birds as pets? While you’re pondering that, try and figure out who looks more confused in the picture

Kam Kam Mobile Alert detects GSM calls, wags tail

Posted on 25 September 2007 by admin

We’ve seen this type of toy before, but never in such a plush and cute form factor. The Kam Kam Mobile Alert — that’s the cat version — and Don Don Mobile Alert detect the GSM radio on your handset from up to five feet away when a call or message comes in. Instead of blinking or spinning, Kitty or Rover will wag its tail for 15 seconds to let you know if your ringer happens to be silent. The desktop critter has a handy spot to plonk your handset in when in use, but sadly doesn’t offer a charger option. The holiday season is approaching and this would likely make a cute gift, and at $30 a pop, it shouldn’t break the bank.

Most Annoying Alarm Clock Ever

Posted on 26 April 2007 by admin

From techeblog:
This annoying Flying Clock won’t turn off until you return the propeller-driven key to its base. Video demonstration after the break.

The propeller flies the key high into the air and off into some dusty corner. You have to force your sleep addled brain into wakefulness, move your stiff legs and retrieve the key before the alarm goes off. By the time you’ve done so, you’re awake enough at least to go make a pot of coffee

$85,700 World’s Fastest Office

Posted on 11 November 2006 by admin

That’s right, car builder Edd China has created the world’s fastest office desk. It’s powered by a Rover 100 engine and is capable of speeds of up to 87mph.

As the NASCAR-like decals indicate, the £45,000 ($85,700) mobile office (dubbed the “hot-desk”) was originally built for a stationary firm, and comes complete with a keyboard steering wheel, mousepad horn, briefcase-based controls, and even a working computer and water cooler

Japanese Shopping Bag Bra!

Posted on 09 November 2006 by admin

Shopping%20Bag%20Bra.jpg
We’ve seen all sorts of bras before, but this is the first we’ve come across that helps save the environment. Dubbed the No! Shopping Bag Bra, this lacy red undergarment has padded cups that when removed, transform into shopping bags that can be used to carry around your groceries, laundry, or other purchases and reduce the consumption of plastic bags in the process. We’re not sure those lacy strings would be able to hold much, so ladies, you may want to carry around an extra bra just in case. But if you’re interested, the bra is made by lingerie company Triumph Japan.
Look at the bra in action.

You might love riding bikes but I bet, you might have never thought of adding-up to your décor with furniture made from old and recycled bikes..right! The recycled bike furniture features different designs including chair, tables, barstools and other great furniture design. My personal pick is this Milano Lounge Chair that is constructed of chromed steel bicycle rims and is available with inner-tube upholstery or with cushions made with a wide choice of fabrics. Check-out the whole lot of funky furniture here.
