The V191 is a PSP-inspired GSM phone that sports a TFT-LCD display, 1.3-megapixel camera, built-in NES emulator (?), microSD card slot, and a media player. Pricing and availability have not yet been announced. Comparison pictures after the jump. Here’s what Travis Hudson (Gizmodo) has to say:
A Chinese electronics manufacturer has done the stupid, and designed a phone that looks very similar to the PSP. I’m not sure why anybody would want to do this given that the PSP is a less popular product

LaptopMag reviews the Cingular 8525 (aka HTC TyTn). This Windows Mobile 5.0-powered Smartphone boasts a 400MHz Samsung CPU, a 2.8-inch TFT touchscreen display, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, miroSD card slot, a 2.0-megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, Wi-Fi, and a full QWERTY keypad. Here’s the verdict:
At $399, the 8525 is considerably more expensive than other Cingular smart phones, such as the Nokia E62 ($149 with rebate) and the Treo 600 or 8125 (both $249). Still, the faster HSDPA connection—when you’re within coverage—large keyboard and display, flexible Bluetooth profiles, and more robust software make the 8525 a top-flight PDA phone
